Red Lobster Bahama Mama Recipe

A bartender at a Red Lobster told my wife they use a prepackaged mix called "Mango Passion Fruit Mix". It is sold by Kerry Food & Beverage, but it doesn't appear that Kerry sells its products retail. The ingredients listed on the box are mango, peach, & pear puree with natural and passion fruit flavors. The bartender sold my wife two 1/2 gallon boxes when we had a Christmas party. Maybe you could pursuade your local bartender to sell you some or just try mixing around with the ingredients above. The recipe he wrote on the box is as follows.

4 oz. mix
1 oz. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
shaved ice (the snowcone type stuff)

mix together, then float Myers Rum on top. Hope this helps.

Clo, I was falling madly in lust with you until you said Olive Garden AND Red Lobster. Are you kidding me? I wouldn't be caught starving in either of those "restaurants." I prefer to cook every single meal because I know what's in it. Come to my house Clo, I'll watch the kids and hook you and Mr. Clo up with a fabulous Italian meal.
