A question regarding Cruise Lines that are based out of Holland.?

Okay...here goes. Many of us are aware of certain freedoms the country of Holland offers regarding the smoking of marijuana. I was wondering if anyone knew if those same rules apply on their cruise ships that are registered out of Holland?????

The laws in international water are different than the ones they have in Holland.

Cruise Lines set their own laws. You can't go hog-wild on cruise ships like some people would have you believe. I would guess that illegal drugs of any kind are illegal on cruise ships.
