Hold her gently by the face, give her a sweet kiss and look her right in the eyes to say "I Love You (insert name)"
Don't ever forget to say it to her, if you feel it, show it, it hurts in the end when the emotions are hidden.
If she really loves you back she won't expect expensive gifts and treats.
But it is a good feeling to recieve an unexpected little gift that you know she'd love... a stuffed animal of her favorite species, a favorite candy bar, a single red rose... (something cute and corny just to make her smile.) It just shows that you pay attention to her and you know what she's in to..that means a lot.

First of all you praise her qualifications and her work , method and style of working.Next praise her beauty.Take her on date.Dont kiss or act such action. Girls dont like going so fast. Just talk .After some days try to know what does she think about you. If you see some positive attitude or answer from her side then say, you love her.

i hope u really are in love with her to begin with, bcoz if u r, then whtever way u adopt, it'll all make sense...
on the other hand, just dont go and say i love u, unless, that is her idea of a romantic declaration of love....
do smthing she would like....

If you think it might be to early to use the "L" word, you could use "I think I'm falling in love with you." It's not the same as using the "L" word but it kinda opens pandora's box without really opening it.

Take her to the beach, candel light dinner and talk to her you know regular stuff then look at her in the eyes and tell her you love her.. good luck

Hmmmm, that's tough....first, you can say, "I love you". Or, you can say, "I love you". Or! "I love you". I like the last one the best. I was shocked when my fiance first told me that he loved me. I didn't think he could already but I was sooo happy to hear it! Now, we're getting married in four months! TELL HER! If she freaks, she may not be the one.

the best way is to just tell her how you feel about her, with a bouquet of flowers .. If you're not bold enough to do that, write her an email descrbing your love for her..
