Hi i am looking for underfloor heating suppliers/installers (wet) not electric, within the bucks, berks, london, bedford areas (England). Can anyone recommend where i can purchase these from. thanks

You should be able to buy the material from plumbing shops in your area and you can also ask the staff at the plumbing shop if the can suggest a good plumber.
There are also some tiling shops that offer the service to the public. They will supply and install the system when you use their installers and material.

Heddonglow are based in london (N17) but will work anywhere in the UK, I subcontract a lot of work to them and they are very reliable and efficient, call Peter Gunter on 0208 801 9956. You can also try Rehau, I also know them to be reliable.
