Different colors are good for different things. Do you mean for walls or furniture or clothing?
Neutral tones are always best for walls. I like an off-white with a green overtone. Some people like a tannish tone. Light colors make a room feel lighter and bigger. Dark colors can be depressing.
I like to dress in pale pinks and blues, even in the winter.

Depends on what your looking at..
exterior of a house = white, light yellow, light gray, pale colors with dark accent colors..
interior..= go with eggshell,then you can paint over with ease if you want to change them in the future..or add wall borders or paper too..

it depends on each persons taste,as in my case i would say my favourite is BLACK.
