A tried and tested, natural, low cost, very effective treatment. Using an organic oil - tea tree oil works really well (its a natural anti-septic) - massage face with quite a strong, vigorous motion - that part is important, it's the key to it working - once a day (best at night as will make face flushed). You will find you can make it more vigorous as you progress. Skin is always renewing, the vigorous massaging hastens a spot and blemish free new skin to emerge overtime. Initially, the skin has to adjust and if soreness or other reactions happen - the skin might expel poisons that need to be expelled - then stop and resume when you can. You have to find the pace that works for you - it's different for every person. Stick with it & in a week or so you will see an improvement and overtime you will have a completely spot free, blemish free, vibrant healthy skin. Permanently rids skin of pimples and all other kinds of skin problems. Keep up a less vigorous twice a week massage after that and it will stay that way. You will not need to use any other treatment ever again. You will have a healthy skin provided you avoid using harsh, skin damaging soap and other products. Try to use only gentle, preferably organic cleaners.

Hi, I've been having the same problem. A friend recommended bio oil and I've been giving that a go. I've only been using it about a month but there is some difference, only minor though. When I'm going out I use a really good foundation/concealer combo on my arms, just war trousers or tights to cover my legs. A friend of mine recommended using a fake tan which can help with more minor scars. I didn't like it though and my more recent scars stood out even more, so not worth doing it you have newer scars. Hope this is helpful.

mederma will lighten the scars, but if you have pit scars, I'd recommend Neutrogena's gental facial peel (the one with the rotating scrubber brush) or Oil of Olay's thermal care, it evens out skin tone pretty well, even though its not the safest thing, but try tanning a few times a week, it will clear up your skin as well as a derm. and you'll get a sexy glow. The UVA & UVB rays will irradiate the bacteria that's causing your acne

Nothing will rid of them, at least nothing purchased over the counter. They will fade over time, but I noticed when I tan the scars are less noticeable.

i use proactiv and i love it. marykay sells a microderabrasion set that helps resurface your skin and over time will minimize the scaring. tanning is also good for acne.
