Call Dr. Phil, seriously. It's not a problem you will be able to fix on your own.

Isolate yourself from it. My family is the same way. I have 9 brothers and sisters so when we all get together there is ALWAYS a fight. So for family get togethers, we only stay for a few hours and then we leave before the fighting starts. As for your parents sweets.... parents will always bicker, the best idea is not to get involved and to try and be happy in your life. Learn from this tho, and in the future when you and your husband are fighting, try not to be so loud in front of your children. Good luck to you!

next time this happens- call the cops because they can put you guys into some danger and they don't even realize it. When your parents argue just try to stay away from them because even the slightest little thing you do will make them want to yell at you even though it's not your fault that they are arguinmg. Maybe it's time for your parents to get divorced!

YOU KNOW MY FAMILY IS THE SAME WAY...THERE'S ALWAYS PROBLEMS AND FIGHTING....MY FAMILY IS VERY PROBLEMATIC...JUST TO SAY THAT I HAVE 5 BROTHERS AND 4 OF THEM ARE DIVORCED AND TWO OF MY SISTERS ARE CLOSE FOR DIVORCE TOO!! I GREW UP IN A FAMILY WITH CONSTANT FIGHTS/PROBLEMS AND IT'S SOMETHING THAT TRUELY AFFECTED ME...BECAUSE I ALWAYS WANTED TO SEE MY FAMILY TOGETHER GETTING ALONG...I WOULD ADVICE YOU TO TALK TO YOUR PARENTS AND LET THEM KNOW WHO THIS MAKES YOU FEEL....IT'S REALLY NECESSARY TO SPEAK UP AND LET THEM KNOW THAT IT'S NOT RIGHT...TO BE FIGHTING....IF THIS DOESN'T CHANGE AND YOUR AT LEAST 18YRS. OLD MOVE OUT!!! BECAUSE BY STAYING THERE, IT'S NOT ONLY AFFECTING YOU PHYSICALLY BUT MENTALLY AS WELL...."IN THE END OF THE DAY..YOU DON'T WANT TO EVEN GO HOME". SO TALK TO THEM...AND TRY TO FIND HELP FOR THEM...AND IF THINGS DON'T CHANGE MOVE OUT WITH ANOTHER FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIEND. GOOD LUCK

yelling is nothing but a catalyst. it means nothing but that I can talk louder to or over you. Ask them to lower their voices a little and whatever you do don't yell back. it works well with a little patience, trust me. the easiest way not to gratify it is to not play. if you talk and speak in reason in a low voice, it has a profound effect on making those who are yelling realize just how stupid they sound. hope it helps.

i am sorry that you are living in such an environment. how old are you? tell your parents very calmly and serrios that they are the adults and that if they have problems they should go to someone and take care of them. as for you....try not to be like them...make loads of friends., go out... do a lot of things, because life is variety

I agree with Rosie. Call Dr. Phil. He can help if your family wants it. Or you can go online to Dr.Phil.com and send an email.
