i am only 20 and here in kentucky you have to be 21 to drink so thats out of the question what else can i do to make this new year one to remember. any suggestions much appreciated.

Well if you were drinking you probably wouldn't remember the new year anyway.
How about being the designated drive for some friends, you can go to a club, dance and party. Make sure everyone gets home safe and be the only one sober enough to get good photos of everyone else acting crazy!

Well being underage never stopped me from drinking before but if it is a problem for you, it doesn't mean that you can't just go with your friends or whoever to a bar, party, etc and have fun without drinking. If you want to stay away from the drinking scene, why don't you throw your own party or lay low and just spend some time with your family. I am going to a New Year's Eve gig at some restaurant type of place that serves dinner and some nice desert bar thing, as well has dancing and an open bar but anyone can go despite whether or not they can drink. Even though it appears that the majority of people get loaded on New Year's Eve, there is a good amount of people who do not and are still able to take part in the typical party kind of festivities and have a good time. Do you have any friends who are having a house party?? Even if you went out to a bar or club, I'm sure you could get someone to buy you a real drink hehe. I'd buy you one lol! Have fun!!! You deserve it!

first of all for this new year, take some resolution. try to help some poor people by donating money or buy them some clothes. do something to society which would make you happy and people around you also happy.
