You could have a good relation ship only as long as there is communication and trust. i suggest to take things one step at a time don't just rush in. that also helps. Good luck....

The relationship probably wont be very good if you have trust issues, but if you are working to overcome those issues together then there is a possibility of a good relationship. If not the person who is not trusting is going to constantly worry about the other partner.

sounds like you need to work on YOU first
personally trust is everything in a relationship
how can you open yourself up to someone
if you don't feel safe to do so?
safe to me equals trust

but then there's this thing called projection
personal story here
my X NEVER trusted me
I did everything possible to help him trust me
found out later HE was UNtrustworthy thus he could not trust

so do you trust yourself?
are you an honourable person
do you have scruples/morals/integrity
are you true to yourself?

that's what I'd be looking into if I had questions regarding trusting someone else
I'd be working on building my own morals

there's lots out there info-wise when it come to the business world and trust

"Credibility is intellectual

Trust is visceral" is one quote I found

and from the following source this may help
"Self-disclosure of negative self-scripts: Your disclosing of your inability to feel good about yourself and your perceived lack of healthy self-esteem are essential in reducing miscommunication or misunderstanding between you and the significant others in your life. This self-disclosure reveals to the others your perspective on obstacles you believe you bring to relationships. This sheds the mask of self-defensiveness and allows the other to know you as you know yourself. It is easier to trust that which is real than that which is unreal or hidden"

or not
good luck to you in your search

at least you are TRYING and that's about 3/4ths the whole schmoley IMO

It depends how serious your trust issues are. let me try to help you out.

general friends - understandable. i mean some people dont because thy seem to like to cause drama.

best friends - issue. because if you cant trust them then you cant trust anyone really. you need these people to confide in.

family - major issue. i mean you dont have to be buddy buddy with your mom or dad but usual you can find one family member you can trust.

girlfriend - issue. not as major as not trusting family but the point is that if you want to be with her then eventually you have to trust her. you dont have to right form the bat but the point of being in a relationshipo with her is growing to like and possible love each other. and if you think that you love her then you are going to have an issue. and you need to explain to her how you feel. she will understand.

i have the same issue. so...i hope that things come out for the best. and good luck!!!

Yes. My girl and I have a pretty decent relationship, She's been hurt really bad by someone so I'm working on the trust issue with her. But she is totally worth it.

Hell no!! Suck it up, and quit being so insecure. If she's going to cheat, she's going to cheat. Accusing her of it is just going to speed it along.
