The fleas live on the rabbit and on the ground. If you have rabbit stool in your yard, then the rabbit has been in your yard. They could be coming from neighbor's yards too. But not in the stool.

Fleas are external parasites, living by hematophagy off the blood of mammals and birds

No they don't but they will live on the rabbit. Also have you ever had any house animals because flea eggs can live anywhere in your house for a year before hatching. even on bare floors.Once they hatch they do need a host to survive because they suck blood from the host to survive.

no. fleas need a food supply, and stool does not give them what they need. there might be a chance of a vermin infestation. mice and rats are notorious for carrying fleas. try setting out a few traps. if you catch anything, then you know the source of the problem!!

No. Fleas live on the skin, under the fur, because they suck blood. There is nothing for them to eat in the stool.

just parasites do but if animals are going into your yard they can leave fleas behind and you pick them up only when you go out there.

All I know is, when your pet swallows a flea, thaat flea can cause him to have a tapeworm. My dogs Vet told me this, because my dog had one one time

No they don't. They live and breed in animal hair since they feed on blood.

It's possible they may be living in your carpeting too feasting on your legs.
