How can I access my Email from MS-Outlook?

Hello All,
I want to add my gmail.com email account with Ms-Outlook But I dont know How can I assign my email with Outlook. Please help me.

Tools then Email Accounts.Add a new email Account then press Next.Select POP3 and press Next.

Your Name: Your normal name
Email Address: Your gmail Email Address
Incoming Mail Server: gmail incoming server name
Outgoing Mail Server: gmail outgoing server name
Username: gmail username
Password: Your password
Click Next
Press Finish to save settings.

Create a user profile
Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

Double-click the Mail icon .

On the Services tab, click Show Profiles.

On the General tab, click Add, and then follow the instructions in the Inbox Setup Wizard.

I obtained this information by opening Outlook then clicking the Help button, where I typed "setup account." You should go there for much more information which cannot all be copied here.

I'm unfamiliar with how gmail works per se, but you need to find out if its a POP3 type account. If so, you can configure MS Outlook with that information, but you need to know the POP3 address for picking up the mail and you need the SMTP for sending.
