Coconut Water and Alcohol?

Does anyone know if it is okay to mix coconut water with alcohol or is it a deadly mixture.

Coconut water and rum or scotch (good quality like Chivas) goes really well together and it hasn't killed me or any of my guests yet!

"Real" coconut water is a mild laxative so it could be deadly if there was a line for the bathroom.
