Either hook the camera up to the computer via a USB plug, or you need to get a card reader, hook it up to the computer, take the card from the camera (if it has one) and then download the pictures.

There are many possible solutions. Usually the camera comes with a USB cable. You can plug one end of the cable into your camera and the other end into the computer's USB drive. Wait a few seconds and then your computer should show an extra drive in addition to A (floppy) and C(hard drive) and D (CD drive). You can usually access your pictures this way. Then click on all the pictures, drag them to a spot on your computer, for example a folder located at C:\ called "Pix from camera". Another way is to install the software that came with the camera and then follow the directions the software has.

Another way of getting pictures is by getting a card reader. If you buy one, make sure it can read the card that you have in your camera (SD [secure digital], compact flash, etc). Then when you want to get pictures off the camera, you just take the card out, put it in the card reader's slot and then it works like a floppy disk or a CD. You can then copy the pictures over onto your computer. The good thing about this is that it won't use up batteries since you're not using the camera to do this.

Your digital camera must have come with a USB cable of some sort that allows you to connect your camera to the computer. Well, connect that, and allow your computer to detect the device. When that is complete, look in my computer and see if there is another drive detected. If there is, click on it, this should open up the pictures on the memory card. To copy them onto your computer, copy & paste or move them into a folder of your choice.

Did you camera come with a USB cable? If so, plug it into the camera and the other end into your computer. Turn on the camera and the computer should recognize the camera. Go to My Computer, and you should see the camera listed. Click on the camera folder and copy and paste the pictures from the camera into the folder you have created.

If you have a memory card, using a card reader is even easier!

When you buy a digital camera it comes with the program CD which you need to down load to your computer. Normally your package should also include a USB cable which you connect smaller end to your camera and other end USB cable to your computer USB port.

Most of the spare USB port are located in the front of Hard drive. When you connect the cable you will hear a ding sound which means that now you are connected to your computer then just follow the instruction from user manual of your camera.

When finished please ensure that you click on the icon to disconnect your process before disconnecting the USB Cabel. The icon will be located on the R/H side of monitor screen.

You can also down load the pictures to one of your file for future such as my picture folder and add the title.

Have fun.

It depends on your equipment. If you have a newer pc, it may have a port that will accept your camera's memory card directly.

If it doesn't and you have Windows XP, your camera should have come with a cable that will connect to your pc's USB port. Just connect the cable at both ends, set the camera to view the pictures you have taken, and turn it on. Your pc should recognize the camera, and bring up a window that allows you save your pictures to any folder you choose.

If you have a different operating system, post a new question with the model of your camera and what operating system you have on your pc, and someone can give you detailed instructions.

The digital camera is usually shipped with a USB 1.0/2.0 supporting data cable which can be connected easily to the USB port of the computer. Additional drivers might be necessary in case the system is not on Windows XP or any other newer operating system for which CD's are usually provided with good digi cams. You can use the cable that came with the camera or you can put your memory in a memory card reader and attach it to your PC via the USB port. Once you have done that, it is a simple drag and drop to the folder you want.

I think your camera should have a special cable for this which plugged into your computer then have the needed pictures easily in your pc.

If not there is an adapter in which you can put your camera's chip then plugged it into your computer.

Good luck
