So I have this co-worker who is willing to be my mistress, but would this be a good choice for a mistress? I have never had a mistress before, and this would be my first.

if you can keep it out of the office, go for it. most of the time, people have a problem with keeping their personal lives out of their professional lives and that will cause problems for you both.

What happens if your wife finds out or for some reason one of you decides to break it off? Then you have to work with this woman still and it becomes a VERY uncomfortable daily working situation. What if she decides she's not satisfied just being the mistress after awhile and starts pressuring you to leave your wife and marry her? Are you ready for that? Besides the obvious fact that it is WRONG to cheat on your wife in the first place!!! If you want a relationship with someone else, make a clean break and legally separate from your wife FIRST. Selfish man!

The word mistress leads me to believe that you are married. Why would you want a mistress? How does a married man PLAN an affair? You sound like you are looking for a mistress. Why? You sound like you want brownie points for it being your first. Its not that I don't think she would be good, I don't think YOU are any good. And if she agrees to be with you she is no good either. Co worker or not you should not want to be a cheater.

Mistress as in cheat on your wife or Mistress as in, dominate you? Either way, nobody here cares.

Don't have a mistress.. it's a bad idea. Don't get tangled in the web of cheating. Think of your wife and her emotions. If you are unhappy with your marriage, try and fix it. Don't get a new woman.

Yes, it's a good choice. But make sure you're her boss. That way, when your wife finds out, not only will you lose your marriage- you'll also lose your job!

NO way. It will be a conflict of interest. If things go sour it can cause unnecessary problems.

it is a really bad idea. even if it works out you end up having to look at that person every day which can get to be annoying.
