If he really likes you he should break it off with the other girl. We shouldn't be with one person wanting to be with another. It best to always be honest. Tell him you like him too. If he really feels the same way. Make it happen. Don't waste time when you may be able to do something about this relationship now. Love is a beautiful thing. Tell him how you feel.

If he really had 'true' feelings for you, then why is he dating someone else? Then again, if you just like each other, why can't you 'both' date other people? Don't sit around waiting for him to call you. Go out and enjoy yourself. Life is too short to waste on someone who doesn't share you feelings.

Was he going out with this girl before he told you he liked you? If he likes you, but isn't willing to drop his current girl, I would drop the entire thing. The most important thing is to not be a cheater.

If he is in an exclusive relationship with another woman, then it sounds to me like you're the one with the bad timing. You should've said something before he started dating this woman if you knew him then. Hands off! You need to respect his relationship and stay away until they break up. And you should have no hand in their break up.

Here is what I think. Just keep talking to him and being friends. Eventually that will wear on the other girl and she will be done with him and he will be with you. Hope you have great luck :)
