As a victoria secret model , I love going through the beauty and style section to answer questions, as well as learn new remedies of my own. For starters it really depends on the price you want to pay for your product. On the low end Sunsilk works great, on the more expensive list would be things like salon products, which all work... typically. Keep in mind we all have different types of hair, so I reccomend going to a salon and having them help you with your choice, based on an evaluation of your hair and its needs. I agree with the hair sylist, but good ones (hairstylists) are hard to find. Some do not realize that curly hair has different textures and thickness.
I usually wear my hair curly yr. round. I have used many different products and just when i thought i would use a product forever it stopped working! So, I learned that you can not use the same product for more than 6 mo or a yr., I have 3 different favorite brands: Thermasilk, Fructice, and I recently found Samy products. All 3 have a wonderful fragrance.
In the summer, no matter which brand of shampoo and conditioner I am using, I also use the BioSilk serum which leaves my hair incredibly shiny and soft. I like it because it is not as heavy as the others and it controls the frizz pretty well.
To groom, I use a Gel with Aloe for better control of the curls.
In the spring and fall my hair behaves much better but I still use the BioSilk, and mousse.
In the winter, I stop using the BioSilk and instead I use Imfusium Leave-In Conditioner once my hair is damp. No mousse, no gel and hair dry. Hair is soft, shiny.
Yr round I do let my hair dry naturaly. For this I wash my hair at night and let it dry. When i have no choice but to dry my hair, I use a low speed and high temperature with a difusser. This takes long but there is less damage to my hair.
What ever you decide to do it is important that you realize that chemicals will damage your hair and give you LOTS of frizz. So, if you must, let a professional color or relax your hair.

Hope this helps!, but really it is up to you to find the proper care for your hair.

The best products are www.renefurtereronline.com the anti frizz products. Also www.redkenonline.com sells a great line called smooth down and offers styling products as well that help.
Also be sure not to use chemicals on your hair as that will dry it out as well. Be sure to ask you hairstylist what they recommend.
It's why we have a license and should always have idea's to make you happy so you return.

Try Mixed Chicks. And I would use their Tro (Shampoo, Conditioner, Leave-in conditioner). You apply the leave-in to clean wet hair and air dry. It makes curls really nice, soft and frizzless.
