Thicker without getting fat...you don't have to go FAT, just put a couple of pounds on. That's not getting fat, is it? Otherwise get on your bike and get footballer calves.

time, you don't want big legs anyways just not so skinny your knees look nobby. do squats with heavy weight two or three times a week. You should feel like you can hardly walk after these workouts.

leg exercises....squats, bike riding, go to gym focus on leg weights will see a difference in about a month
