I just moved to McAllen,TX does anyone know a really good stylist?

Try Tony and Guy, they have people on different levels which you pay more or less. Everybody that I know who has gone there, they never had a problem with their hair cut. Its a bit expensive about $50+ but its well worth it if you value your hair

Find someone whose hair you like and ask her where she gets it done. Find more than one person.
