Yes it is definitely possible, the same as it is possible to get lung cancer without smoking. Some women would be more prone to getting cancer, you should check with your family to see if cancer runs in the family. HPV is an std that can cause cancer, but that is only certain strains of it, the other strains cause genital warts. But you can certainly get cancer without having HPV. Keep you doctor informed with anything that you feel is abnormal with your body as well as keeping them updated with your family history.

Yes. HPV is only one of the things that can cause cervical cancer. There are other causes.

Yes, my sister was not sexually active until her mid to late 20s.
She had fibroids and they were not removed. I believe they were the precursor to the cancer that lead to her death at age 35.
If you have fibroids get rid of them. My sister even had a complete hysterectomy and still died a year and a half later.
