Of course, but that is of no consequence to the Bushites. Especially if it is just a few more Iraqi's that are killed.
As long as their American cronies remain safe, well it is ok with them. No matter how matter soldiers lives and other lives are lost due to this. We could wait until Bush gets complete control of the oil wells and pulls out of Iraq to kill Sadam. They could make his life miserable until then. So what is the issue with waiting. Could it be tied up in some way with power and money and control and ego.

There may be some incidents that will appear to be related to the Saddam Hussein execution after it happens. There may seem to be a spike in violence. But the way I see it, things are so bad over there right now that they probably could not get any worse. It's truly hell in Iraq at the moment, but its a fairly static situation.
Also, the White House will have advance notice of the execution and will be able to take some measures to control the situation. No amount of additional troops would be able to stop the violence, unrest, and disorder. But perhaps some measures can be taken to keep violence to a limit.

There may be a brief spike - but that would be it. The Bathist Sunnis were effectively defeated a year ago and the remainder are fighting in an attempt to get a better deal that a quick trial and then sharing Saddam's fate.

its a sure thing because violence attracts violence and Bin Laden will probably start a war to revenge Saddam as an excuse

It's likely to have a brief spike. Expect Sunni backlash, (probably a bombing) followed by death squad killings on the Shia's part.

Of course it will, but not as much as it escalates by the rants of the liberal, hate America first crowd.

In Iraq, they will look for any excuse to kill one another, so sure violence will escalate. We will see Iraqi's killing Iraqi's then, just like we are seeing it today.
