D has nothing to do with easment, only ownership of property

C is a easment by open taking, if for example Mr Peter drives across this property for the next 10 years without doing anything legal and no one says anything but then Mr Sellers trys to stop him, he would have a right to sue in court for C.

B. deals with a easment done by an anexation of land

A allows for a easement because it has to be granted to give a person rightful use of thier land.

A will still require a court action and an official easment being granted and put on file at the court house.
