yes hormones specially sex hormones which are necessary foe growth of breast has a lipid based structure (cholesterol) which would not be sufficient in any kind of fasting and inadequate food intake like bulimia nevrosa but the size of your breast at the moment is not related to your previous medical situation for it has had enough time to be compensated
on the other hand size of breast has no relation to its function for breast feeding because the glandular part of every person is the same
its only the fat part that makes its shape
and also ther is no real relation between your body wight and your breast size

yes, bulimia nervosa has an effect on your growth and hormones. when you purged it took away your minerals, vitamins, and nutrients your body needed to grow and mature. you stripped all that away and messed up your system. if you go to the doctor, you can ask them about estrogen pills. estrogen is what a woman's body needs to have a menstrual cyle and to keep facial hair and boobs growing or staying after you reached puberty. have you talked to an adult about hormones? doctors are confidential and don't judge , so don't worry , they will help you out.

how are you feeling today? hope you are doing well.
yes, bulimia nervosa can effect the way your body develops because you are not getting the proteins and what not that you need to grow, but if you eat right you will start to develop.
Plus, some teenagers develop later, so don't worry.

It causes changes in every single system of your body, including growth and development. It can literally stop your heart or tear your esophagus. It will cause horrible damage to your teeth, even if you brush right after vomiting. You will get to the point (even after only a year) where your teeth will literally break off, even when eating relatively soft foods, leaving you with the need for dental implants or dentures at a young age. It causes very ugly aging in your face with puffiness, wrinkles and uneven skin tone.
I'm not trying to scare you (or maybe I am). Please find a program to help you stop. The risks are enormous to your health and well-being. Bulimia also causes depression, anxiety and other mental health issues because of the way that it throws off your body chemistry.

I used to be bulimic. It made me fat more than skinny. It turned my teeth yellow. The enormous stretch marks on my breasts may be related to past health damage related to bulimia. I now have a herniated stomach, which means that my stomach resides in my chest and I heave with the slightest pressure on the back of my tongue.
Be so CAREFUL, what you do with your bodies. These effects are real. I'm not making them up. You can avoid much suffering and create much happiness if you treat yourself well and take care of your bodies.

if you want to have breasts and regular periods, like normal women, you MUST STOP PURGING! breast tissue is mostly made up of fat, and if you have no body fat, you will have no breasts. eat a cheeseburger, for goodness sake! all of the eating disorders wreak havoc with all of the systems in your body, including hormonal function. stop this behavior for the sake of your health - if you don't feel you can do it yourself, then seek counseling. Best of luck to you.

Yes, it will effect your overall health, including your development. All that acid will rot your teeth, and the imbalance in electrolytes can cause you heart and kidney problems you might not feel for years to come. Please stop doing that immediately! What;'s the good of being thin if you're so sick you can't go out and have fun?
