Do we still have to put our make up and things in a ziploc bag?
I would like to hear from someone who has flown recently.

In the US you still need to keep liquids and gels to small amounts (3oz or less) in the 1 qt. ziploc bag. I would suggest that before you travel you visit the TSA website http://www.tsa.gov/ they have the complete list of what you can and can not bring on the aircraft with you in both your checked and carry on luggage.

For domestic flights in the US for carry on, you still have to all liquids 3 ounces or less in a clear plastic bag. You can bring larger liquids if you put them in checked bags. also you can buy a bottle of water greater than 3 ounces *after* you get past security and bring it on the plane.
