I am jogging but I don't want to bulk up with muscle. I want to lose mass but tone at the same time. Does yoga work? I want to tighten my stomach muscles, I know sit ups will help with that.

It's not clear if you are male or female. If you are female you're not going to bulk up (we don't have the hormone for that) but doing yoga or some kind of toning exercises (with or without weights) is great to tighten/firm the muscles. The more muscle you have, the faster your metabolism, and the more calories you will burn (to help you lose weight).

Do cardio exercises for calorie burning (walk, jog, aerobics, bicycle, rollerblade, dance, etc) and yoga or toning workouts for firming the muscles. You can find a variety of videos or DVDs that will focus on helping you tone various areas of the body.

Good luck!

I suggest that you try body cleansing. I tried it and really got lean quickly. I lost 15 pounds in 9 days and also 3 inches off my waist. I do body building so getting leaner was my goal. My sister did this program too and she lost a lot of weight quickly. I did not know too much about cleansing but there are a lot of TV commercials about this stuff. This is a body cleanse and not just a colon cleanse, I wanted my body to get lean quickly and this did the trick! Winsor Pilates, it was designed back then for injured dancers, so it gives you those long sleek muscles and a dancers body, instead of those short bulky muscles you see in the gym.

check out the winsor pilates dvd collection.
