...meanwhile, you're more than happy staying here and leeching all that freedom and civil rights, huh?

Do you even remember where you stored that spine of yours?

Sorry to inform you but the 1999 Updated Selective Service Act will affectively close the US-Canada and US-Mexico border if inacted to cite a military draft.

That means you can keep your library card and use it to check out books while you are in jail.

That's pathetic man cause I would be running the opposite way towards your country if you were in a war and needed to start drafting people. That means your country needs your help and if you abandon it your worst then the scrum beheading your fellow Americans. I am going to join your army as soon as I get my green card.

Since there wont be a draft, you have nothing to worry about. But you better think of the good that comes from war, and giving up your freedoms to dogma. You will be much better served by educating yourself.

skipping into Canada will not be allowed due to all those 'brave' men running over there last time during the Vietnam era this avenue has been closed.....................ANY person found in Canada for the sole reason of avoiding the draft WILL be returned, lol lol snuck that in real quiet but its true.

dude way to be patriotic. I'm in servining myself, so it really wouldn't matter to me, but if i wasn't and there was a draft i'd suck it up and accept the fact that my country needs me. considering the condition of other countries, the u.s takes pretty good care of us. sometimes we just need to pay them back by not running away from the draft (no matter how dumb the war seems). I'm a person of honor and i seriously can't see myself doing that... and i'm a chick. suck it up man. seriously

Are you so sure that Canada would accept you? Just because they did during Vietnam, they may not be so generous now. They have soldiers in Afghanistan so they may ask you to put on a uniform and go there.

Dude, you answered your own question, although I fail to see what good burning your library card would do. Still, have a good time in Canada. Just don't get sick; their medical system is a mess!

Yeah, I agree with everyone else. You should just leave now. This country already has too many people like you that do not understand that freedom is not free at all. Man up.

Why would you burn your library card?
