I havent ever made it, but my mom makes it all the time. She cans homemade V8 juice and it is the best! I know she uses celery, carrots, tomato, and even some mild to hot peppers. If you are interested in getting the recipe, you can email me at bball14@grm.net and I could get the recipe from her.

Run it though a juicer and add it to other vegetable juices..
It is great in tomato juice...

Yes. It is made mostly of water though. I agree with the V8 answer above.
