You won't need a promotional code for either one of those airlines, they have fares as low as 99cts. What really is expensive is the taxes, and you wont get rid of those with a promotional code, they have to be charged anyway.
Ryanair charges only for checked luggage, 7 EUR per piece, max 15kg. However, you have one piece of carryon free, max 10kg.
