Virgin or young maiden is basically the same thing. A maiden is an unmarried woman. Who back then would have been a virgin.

There are 100's of prophecies pointing to the Messiah. Jesus is the only one to fulfill them all.

It is a mistranslation, the Hebrew word there means "young woman", not "virgin". And I don't believe that Jesus was born by a virgin. It is not a proof for anything to say that something that is written in one part of a book was "prophecied" in another part of the book, and then this book is even mistranslated.

I will make a prediction as well, so write this down. I predict that God will come back someday or we will be attacked by nuclear bombs or koala bears will go extinct or a president named John will enjoy eating pancakes in the White House's Oval Office. there, now let's sit back and wait to see if any of these come true. r-tard

The better translation renders "virgin" as "young maiden" and the verse could be, and has been, applied to many historical Jewish leaders.
