No one. All humans are humans, there is no greater or lesser.
And even if you are islamic, Isa (Shame Be Upon Him) was a greater, for Mohammed was a prophet, albeit the last of the prophets, and Isa was the Messiah, which is the fulfillment of the Covenant.
Messiah is greater than Prophet.

One Solitary Life
He was born in an obscure village
The child of a peasant woman
He grew up in another obscure village
Where he worked in a carpenter shop
Until he was thirty
He never wrote a book
He never held an office
He never went to college
He never visited a big city
He never traveled more than two hundred miles
From the place where he was born
He did none of the things
Usually associated with greatness
He had no credentials but himself
He was only thirty three
His friends ran away
One of them denied him
He was turned over to his enemies
And went through the mockery of a trial
He was nailed to a cross between two thieves
While dying, his executioners gambled for his clothing
The only property he had on earth
When he was dead
He was laid in a borrowed grave
Through the pity of a friend
Nineteen centuries have come and gone
And today Jesus is the central figure of the human race
And the leader of mankind's progress
All the armies that have ever marched
All the navies that have ever sailed
All the parliaments that have ever sat
All the kings that ever reigned put together
Have not affected the life of mankind on earth
As powerfully as that one solitary life

Since the question is greatest PERSON, in the universe, I wouldn't say God, since God is the Unknowable Essence, beyond comprehension and is, therefore, not a person.
I also wouldn't say Jesus or Muhammad, as mentioned by some previous answerers to this question. First of all, they are no longer physically alive. Second of all, they appeared on earth, which is an obscure planet on the fringe of the Milky Way galaxy. There are millions of galaxies and billions of stars out there. To be earth-centric is to be ignorant of the scope of the physical universe.
If there are other sentient humanoid civilizations out there, and chances are that there are, then they too have Prophets, Messiahs and Messengers of God, equally as great as Jesus, Muhammad, Buddha or Baha'u'llah. In any case, to say either Jesus or Muhammad is the greatest person in the universe is wrong, since that implies that one is greater than the other. How can two mirrors reflecting the same sun be said to be anything other than equal? How can two lamps shedding the same light be said to be anything other than equal?
The light of the teachings of Jesus and Muhammad and Baha'u'llah is one and the same. Only the form of the lamps, their individual personalities differ.
As a Baha'i, I know that Manifestations of God are the greatest beings in the universe, and I also know that they are all essentially one and the same. They are all the eternal Logos (Word of God) made flesh, the eternal and one Christ which appears in every age. They are all the Way, the Truth and Life, and no one can come unto God except through them. So no one of them is greater than any other. Even as we speak, there may be countless Manifestations of God living on countless planets throughout the universe, whose names we do not know. These beings collectively are the greatest in the universe, but no one of them, whether Jesus, Muhammad or any others, is the greatest.

Yes, of course: the Holy Prophet is the best of all creation. He is a light upon the earth and a mercy to humanity:
"We sent thee not, but as a mercy for all creatures" (Holy Quran 21:107).

That would be me, but really there's no need to go to such lengths. As long as I know it; Jesus and Mohammed know it and of course the Almighty One knows it that's enough for me! Blessing upon me!!!!! Good old me!
