Something happening against the odds would be considered a miracle. Things that are impossible do not happen and if there is a probability, no matter how small it is, it is going to happen at least once out of infinite attempts. There are really no such things as miracles.

If you survive a disease, it's not a miracle. Unless the way in which you survived is physically impossible, it's just luck.
Turning water into wine would be a miracle only because normally it's impossible. Surviving a disease isn't impossible so doing so isn't a miracle.

The human body, from its creation, has always had the ability to heal itself of anything except fatal injury, as happened with Christ. Those abilities are still contained within our genetic code, and for the most part are dormant, but in some people, they activate, if only briefly.

It depends, if he says it's a medical miracle, then him.
If he says it's a miracle from "god" then he is obviously mentally deranged and you should keep the money yourself. Better yet, toss the money in the air, and tell god to keep what he wants and you can keep the rest.

The doctor. We are worth wages when we work, and none of us can do any work at all if God didn't make it possible for us to do it. Do you give your pay to God for the work you do all week? All He askes of us is 10% of our earnings. God did take part in our work efforts. You might not realize that though.
