My boyfriend and his friends are betting each other $20 that they can chug a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper. I just wanted to make sure it's humanly possible to do it because of all of the carbonation.

If people can chug horrible tasting liquor down i know that it is possible to chug down a 2 liter of dr. pepper. I know i couldn't do it, but it is not impossible. Tell your b/f good luck!

An ex prime minister of Australia, Bob Hawke, can chug a jug of beer, 1120ml in one hit. You just need to suppress the gag reflex. Who in their right mind would drink Dr Pepper, much less chug 2ltrs of the garbage.

I've done a 2 liter of coke, (against my brother) and I won. It's possible, but tell him to try it first.

i can , dr. pepper would be really hard, i would try something like 7-up. let it get a little warm too . it is harder to chug cold beverages

Yes it is possible, my friend does it all the time and gets money from the poor ones betting. He even does it in one breath. Sounds crazy but true.

Its not possible unless you inject novacaine into your throat. The carbonation will eat your throat until you have to stop. I've tried and it hurts like hell.

I doubt it can be done. Just the volume of fluid, plus the carbonation aspect, esp. of Dr. P.... just stand back.
