I've had stabbing pains in my chest, stomach and I get a lot of headaches and dizziness, but the worst thing is the nausea, it drives me insane. I have baffled doctors and specialists at the hospital. Anyone think they have an idea?

Some of those symptoms sound exactly like a heart attack, but if you've been to the doctors and they don't know what's going on...I'm not sure what to tell you. Have you had a cardiac catheterization to rule out coronary artery disease? Or a stress test to rule out heart muscle damage? Headaches and dizziness could also be caused by problems with blood pressure.

How is your cholesterol? When I was in high school, my cholesterol was just under 300! I wasn't even heavy! But I felt miserable all the time. I had horrible nausea that never seemed to go away and headaches all the time. (I changed my diet from fast food to home cooked foods and it dropped back down to normal in just one year.) Now I feel MUCH better.

Oh, also, you might want to ask about an ultrasound of your carotid arteries. That could also be cause of headaches and dizziness.

I hope this helps. =)

Pinched muscles in the back often send the pains around the body to become pains in the rib, chest or heart areas. Freeing up your back muscles should get rid of the pain for you and here's how to free them up: Back: (do from a sitting position) Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

check with Nutritional therapist! might be yeast infection or food intolerance or anything else but as you did not provide much info can not be sure! check www.patrickholford.com for good nutritionist around you and go before its too late..don't leave it on the chance and on the doctors as they often don't know what they are talking about and do not accept anything which make sense!

I am not sure it could be a lot of things, so you should check in with your doctor.
My friend had those same symptoms and she had food poisoning and she was dehydrated.
