-4 c. whole wheat flour
-3/4 tsp. salt
-3 tbsp. dry milk powder
-5 tbsp. oil
-5 tbsp. honey
-1 lg. egg
-3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
-10 oz. water, 130 degrees (about 1 1/4 c.)
-1/2 c. raisins, soaked in rum
-1/3 c. candied orange peel

Method:-

1) Use bread machine on sweet bread cycle.
2) Add ingredients in order except raisin and orange peel, which is added about 1 1/2 hours into the machine cycle.
3) When the machine beeps to add them after the first rise.

Fruit Bread

Ingredients:
250gms Flour
1tsp Yeast
2tsp Sugar
¾ Cup of Water(Luke warm)
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Oil
25gms Candy Fruit

Method:
Cream Yeast and Sugar in a mixing bowl. Add half the amount of water and mix well. Mix Flour and Salt in a deep pan. Rub in the fat. Make a well in the center of the Flour.

Pour the yeast mixture into the flour and mix. Mix rest of the Sugar with the remaining water. Pour this also into the Flour. Add Candy Fruits. Knead till soft dough is formed.

Cover with a thick moist cloth and leave to rise till spongy in a warm place (approx. for an hour). Turn out on to a floured board and knead well till the dough leaves the board and the hands come out clean.

Knead well for about 15 to 20 minutes. Form an oblong roll of the dough. Grease and flour loaf tin and place dough in it pressing gently so that it comes up to half the tin.

Be careful to see that the sides of the loaf do not touch the sides of the tin. Allow it to rise for half an hour, or till double the size. When well risen it should spring back when pressed gently.

Place in hot oven (400 deg F) and bake till well browned.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 bananas, mashed
3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease 10 muffin cups, or line with muffin papers.
In a large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon. Cut in 1 tablespoon butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle topping over muffins.
Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.

take some fruits cut them into small pieces.take a bread put the pieces on it and than bake it

Use same recipe found in europe and add dates, cashews and cinnamon also use stale boiled butter and turmeric for culur.
