Depends... Is it a "usual" person doing it for you? Are you ever going back there again and have the same person doing it, who may remember you? If so, I would be genrous. If it is someone you've never seen before, and plan on never seeing again, I wouldn't stress about it. I usually leave an extra 4 or 5 $ for a cut.
