I have rather a lot of pork pie left from Christmas and wondered if it is ok to freeze it. If so, is it any good when it is defrosted?

Yes you can freeze Pork Pies but it is recommended for only a month because of the high fat content. The pastry can be a little soft afterwards but they still taste fine. Make sure they are fully defrosted!

Well i find the pastry falls off, and the meat can sometimes go a little salty, and any 'jelly' disappears to water, so all in all, you can, but it's less than half as good in my opinion
