Being idle all day will make anybody tired. Do something to get your blood pumping. Even if its a short walk at first, itll help.

Well it sounds like you may be experiencing muscle aches and weakness as well, the pottasium in the banana should help you. But if this continues longer than a day and is accompanied by a fever, sore throat, or headache, see your doctor immmediately because that could mean you have a serious condition such as menigitis, strep throat, or mono.

Perhaps a checkup is in order. Find out if there is anything wrong that is causing you to have a lack of appetite and energy. If the doc says you are okay, then it may just be an issue of motivation. You'll have to make up your mind to eat right and get active.
Good luck!

Start moving! Do anything to begin with. It's hard to start but you need to try. Your energy level will increase when you start becoming more active! Good luck!

Judging by your spelling ability you probably aren't the best judge of whether you need to go to a doctor or not. Go to the doctor!

If you hardly do anything all day, do you just sleep? If so, force yourself to do something, get some excercise.
