hmm well I can relate to you and how you feel about wanting to lose weight and fast but honestly that all depends on YOU and how comitted you really are on losing the weight ..Ive lost 35 pounds in 3 months and all Ive done was change my eating habbits ..I dont eat no junk foods or soda's .. and I work out 30 minutes or more almost daily ..the weight is still coming off if you really want to lose the weight you can - good luck to yah

how fast do you want to lose your weight??
and what is your weight?
these are the two most important information if you want to lose weight.
but losing weight is never easy...losing weight the healthy way require consistency...and patient...
well..but you can consult your doctor...some sliming pills do work...but it's best if you get it from the doctor and make sure you know the effects of the slimming pills..don't go get it from just anywhere...

You can try stop eating all kind of bread, fruit, sugar in general and start eating more veggies that should work

this is a bad idea but apetite supressors, such as coffee, meth, cocaine do help lose weight fast. Also try midol, niacine, and diuretics.
