Ab workouts?

I would like to know if anyone has ever purchased an ab machine, like AbRocker, AbSwing, ect. If so, do they work?

I am a instructor at a fitness club and have seen and tried most of the as seen on TV equipment. Some may help but any exercise will. Don't waste your money. The best and fastest way to great abs is a low fat diet and crunches on a comfortable floor or mat if ya have one, and leg raises are also great. But most important is to keep a low fat diet.
