i started having pain in my knees randomly. i woke up and it started hurting for no reason, and everyday it got worse. it hurts on both sdies o f the kness and it cracks so much. i had an MRI done but they found nothing wrong with it either. does anyone have the same symptons? and what do u think is wrong with it??

it could be your hips that cause this problem?

First of all what age range are you? 0-18, 19-30, 31-50, 51+?

See your Doctor, they will need more information about it, and perhaps some exercises for the knees as well as pain medicine will help.Recumbent bike is usually recommended in therapy for knees, and other therapeutic moves, that are sure to be helpful

Could be a tight I T band (tendon) you need to stretch it out.
To do this you stand with your feet crossed and turn your body the opposite direction. Do it several times three times a day. It takes time but it works.

Maybe you are playing a sport that keeps it flaired up so hot and cold compresses and find out what you are doing just before this happens.
