I'm not sure what you're asking, but I believe this is regarding to ethnicity. Lets see. . . I'm Chinese, but both my grandparents were born in Cambodia. I've never been to China, and I was born and raised in France. But I live in the U.S right now. . . Confusing? Yes. My point exactly. Just because I'm asian, people expect me to act/look asian. Which is frustrating sometimes, because I have big eyes and tan skin. I'm often mistakened for a Native American, haha. I get a lot of pressure from my grandparents, especially, because they want me to learn how to speak Chinese, and they always tell me that my skin is too dark and ugly. But no, I don't feel guilty for not being a pure Chinese.

I really dont know what is "not being who i am". in fact i think it's impossible to hide your real personality, because after a while you'll get bored and others will realize it.
but my problem is that i can't be honest with myself and trying to deny my interests because of other's interests. so, i feel guilty because not being who i am, but only with myself!

Sometimes yes, cause sometimes I can´t act the way I am, not because I can´t is just because I feel insecure and when I think about it I feel really guilty and yes it is pretty sad

Yeah , a human always prefer to be better ; because he's not perfect . He looks around him and say to him self : Why I drink alcohol , coffe ? Why I smoke ? Why I don't do this ? Why I don't do that ? etc .
