Practically it's a great thing for anyone to speak well the language of the land, because the reality is that everyone can succeed in life no difference of your past or background so speaking a good English (or the language of your land) will help you express yourself better that means that you can be able to persuade people better in personal life and in the business world and present things very good (take for example a sales man, he can make a lot of money but needs to communicate effectively also your mind will be sharper because you won't need not be pre-occupied with what words to use) Communicating more effectively will help you in all areas of life, and life will automatically be much easier for you.
