yep..... it replaced into once milkyway yet you may continually try clean nuts from the health shop. there's a nut for anybody there,and sunflower seeds wow, they settle your tummy so nicely after a huge feed they're a organic ought to. you may devour handfuls of the stuff, or alpen, museli rocks for a snack, and is not too filling in any respect.

OMG I can eat like two Twinkies and erm 4 Hershey bars and still eat an all you can eat buffet,you Brits are so like sickly.

well they are usually smaller than most choc bars, so the idea is if you have one, it dosent spoil your appetite, but if you eat heaps.... it will make you decidedly sick =)
