By how she moves in the bedroom. That tells me that she has experience. And you don't get experience by being no virgin!

Most virgins show a certain reluctance to have sex (hence they are virgins). If you seem very interested in the idea you are probably not nervous about it and therefore very unlikely to be a virgin.
