Am a Make up artist here, all i can help you is with hiding them at least until you find a solution.
So to hide them find a good conceler does green ones, apply onto the area after that find a good foundation to go with ur skin and apply on the whole face after that just put some light powder so that it gives that natural matte finish.

Hope it will help you deal with it...i wish you luck!

Use a slightly abrasive scrubbing mitt. This will scrub off the old dead skin and encourage the new growth to eliminate the scars. They just take time. If they are pink, they sound new.

For pimples the scrubbing will assist in opening the pores and allowing them to purge the ick. Do this every day. Pimples and blackheads will disappear and stay gone.

A simple but excellent night cream is Vaseline. It smooths softens and discourages wrinkles. I am 65 so the wrinkles I am familiar with.

These are simple and they work.

I would advise you to talk to a dermatologist, you could try a chemical peel, but the dermatologit would be the best option because thats their bussiness and they know a lot more then i do.
