i need to buy an RF Modulator and need to know what stores are likely to sell them.

I woudl go to Maplins if there is one near you. There is one in my high street

If what you want to do is connect a scart device to a non-scart device, i.e. to an old telly without scart and only a coax input, your best bet is to buy an old video recorder with scart aux input from a car boot sale or Cash Convertors. Should be able to get one for less than a tenner.

You might find some in Maplin. e.g. a UHF modulator to convcert baseband video into TV frequencies.

If it was me, I'd rip one out of an old game console or dead VCR.
