If you are divorcing then your name would just read your given birth name and your family's name, if this is how you want to be known professionally.

If you want to retain your husband's last name then it should be hyphenated your maiden name then his name separated by a hyphen.

E.G. Hilrary Rodman-Clinton is a good example.

It should be first name, maiden name, married name. You can hyphenate between the maiden name and the married name, if you choose, but you do not have to. Many women use their maiden name in place of their middle name.

Your diploma has to reflect your legal name at the time you earn it. If right now your married name is your legal name, you must use it.

However, I think you can safely add in your maiden name, but check with your registrar to be sure. If you are allowed to deviate from your legal name, it would be First Maiden-Married.

Actually u have the choice of doing what you like. U might hyphenate the maiden name and the new after but u can also just use the maiden if it makes you feel more comfortable. Like Whitney Houston kept hers without hyphenating like many other women. She was already known as Whitney Houston so that was a business move in that case. Plus dont think Whitney Houston - Brown would be nice ring...Peace and love ;-)

If you keep your maiden name, you don't use your married name at all!
For your diploma, you have to use the legal name you had at the time of graduation.

Yah, if you're getting a divorce and going back to your maiden name, I wouldn't even worry about putting your married name on there at all! By the way - Congratulations on graduating!!!
