flush that idea down the toilet...the weight would just come back..think about it...

pills..drugs...food..everyone misses the most important aspect..exercise...if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep

"Has No Name" made some excellent points and I agree with just about everything he/she had to say.

Having said that, supplements can play an effective role in losing weight if used properly. They are by no means the sole answer to effective weight loss, but they can certainly help.

Regarding hoodia, it is basically an appetite suppressant. It does not burn fat, increase energy or any other bogus claim you may have heard. If you take hoodia diet pills that contain authentic hoodia gordonii, you might find that they help curb your hunger so you don't feel the need to eat as much.

I say "might" because each individual is different. A supplement that works for one person may not work for you. If you do any research on the Internet you'll see the evidence is mixed on just how effective it is. Some dieters swear by it while others say it doesn't work at all.

For those that say it doesn't work it could be that they aren't getting authentic hoodia gordonii in the diet pills they're taking. A recent study was done and they found that over 60% of all hoodia supplements are fake! Those that do contain pure hoodia gordonii are very expensive - around $60/bottle. So be prepared to spend a lot of money.

Another reason they might now work is the amount you are taking. Experts say it could take as much as 3 grams or more of hoodia gordonii per day to be effective!

Finally, you may find it just doesn't work for you regardless of which brands you try - or how much you take.

I have provided a link below to a website that provides some good information on hoodia - including a checklist of what to look for when you are ready to buy hoodia so that you can be sure to find quality products.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

i'm afraid as Rhianna says they are the two somewhat valueless. complication-unfastened subject with eating ordinary tablets, the assumption would not paintings. nonetheless the medicine are often fairly efficient in controlled trials they fail to produce any considerable or greater importantly SUSTAINED weightloss contained regionally. there are various motives for this, yet possibly the suited is that diets on my own in simple terms approximately by no skill paintings. that's simply by fact the key reason that we are all heavier isn't simply by considerable rises in calorie intakes, that are seven-hundred energy according to day under human beings ate in 1950, yet simply by fact we do exactly no longer burn the energy off to any extent further. regrettably nonetheless there may well be some preliminary weight alleviation, so stated as 'dieters' who the two seem for fast fixes or something to shed extra pounds for them, have a 2 in 3 hazard of ending up heavier interior the long term. the only actual procedures that finally end up with human beings the two dropping weight AND protecting it off contain eating ordinary plus exercising.
