I am sorry, actually there is no work out to lift the breasts. You can get little firm by doing some pectoral work outs.

That is you can do push ups, then weight training such as declinced bench press, inclined dumb bell press and flies.

They tend to head South whatever you do by way of exercise. The smaller they are, the less likely they are to sag or the more likely that exercise is to tightten them, but even the smallest tend to get saggy.

do you have dumbbells?
well,hold one in each hand and stretch your arms out wide.then bring them together again and out again and back...just go on.i tried it and heck it works!
