i was dating this really attractive gurl once, and she would always liked looking good. Dressed up alll sexy and what not, which was no problem for me of course, but it got to a point that even if she went to the corner she had too to be wearing all this makeup, and her hair had to be according to her perfect. After a while it started bothering me, even if she said she was looking good only for me. In my opinion i think what this gurl really craved attention from other men. it became a big problem!

Nothing is wrong with wanting to look nice all the time. You should appreciate that. Some women, don't go to such extremes for appearance.
Of course she will attract other men, whether she dressed up or not. But, if that is her motive, I could see how that would be a problem. Everything you typed was in past tense, as you see, that was her motive. Or, you simply drove her away because of insecurities within yourself. Either way, aren't you glad you found out?

I don't think it is bad to take care of ones self. However, it sounds a bit excessive when you can't even run to the corner store with a hair out of place. I'd rather date someone who cares too much than cares too little. I think with maturity to recognize that you don't have to be perfect and people love you anyway. Give her time. Remind her you love her regardless of her looks.
However, if it becomes (became) a big problem for you, then you move on. Everyone has different tolerance levels about things.

She could just be a diva, like me! It doesn't mean that she's self centered or crave attention from men. She just likes to look her best. Now your *** would still be complaining if she went of out the house with her hair all over head and crust in her eyes. MEN please make up your minds, either you want a lady who cares about herself and the way she looks or a chick from under the stack of funky socks....Sir you have to remember that her style is what attracted you to her in the 1st place. PLEASE do not loose your woman over your insecurities!

Hope this helps:

She's not trying to have attention from other guys, as she said "she was looking good only for you". Some girls are perfeccionists. That's just who they are, you can try talking to her smoothly, like you get uncomfortable and you prefer if she doesnt wear all that makeup. Good communication makes a good relationship.

Remember: KINDERGARTEN RULE:
HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY.

its nice to look good for your bf/gf but use should both feel comfortable around eachother. when i first met my boyfriend i used to do all that stuf too but then it got to a point where i didnt care anymore and i was comfortable with myself to let loose. maybe she just wanted to feel good about herself? but then again it sounds like she liked the attention. are use stil dating? or did this problem get in the way?

Not all girls dress them selves up for guys. Some girls do it to impress/please themselves or to avoid other girls mocking them or whatever...
