Feeling constantly tired and fatigued. I'm 22 years old.

Eat plenty, and have an active lifestyle.

Sleep loads,atleast 9 hours+ each night.
Maybe i'm getting to much sleep? Could that make me feel tired?

Don't think i'm ill, & can't think why i never have any energy.??

Too much sleep can definitely make you feel like crap. Try cutting it down to eight for a couple of weeks and see if that helps. If it still feels like too much, try seven. Much less than that isn't really good.
If that doesn't help, I'd recommend seeing a naturopath or someone similar. They'll do a full evaluation of your lifestyle and work really hard to help you fix whatever's out of whack.
Best of luck :)

sleeping a lot (nine hours is not excessive really) and still feeling really tired is not a sign you are sleeping to much it's a sign that something is not quite right.
A common cause of feeling tired all the time is iron deficiancy.
Quite common in young women even those who eat plenty because eating plenty of food is not the same as eating plenty of nutritionally adiquate food.
Go get you self a full blood count and liver fuction blood test then you'll know for sure.

You might have sleeping disorder or it just could be stress. Most 22 year olds do not need 9 hours of sleep but then a lot of that just depends on the person. Make sure you are exercising.

I've read that too much sleep can actually cause fatigue, but it doesn't sound like you're getting too much. It could be something else. Make an appointment to see a doctor, they'll be able to figure out why you're feeling fatigued.
